FAQ / How do I add Spikko calling credit?

To add credit for incoming and outgoing calls, please use the following directions:


To add credit to your account through Spikko’s website:

  1. Login at www.spikko.com with
  2. Press on “Add Credit”
  3. Choose your desired amount of credit
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction


To add credit to your account through Spikko App:

  1. Login to your Spikko app
  2. Press the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
  3. Press “+” next to the amount under “credit left”
  4. Choose the amount that you wish to add
  5. Select your preferred payment method
    -Use your current payment method on file
    -Use another payment method
    -This will switch your permanent Spikko payment method
  6. Authorize the payment and payment method

An invoice will be sent to your account email upon successful transaction.
