Spikko works by using your mobile network carrier.
Spikko service does not require Internet or data usage.
Internet is required for:
- Downloading Spikko App and account set-up
- Internet-based app features (e.g., price list, FAQ, Support Chat)
- Saving settings changes
- “Callback” Service calls (for initiation only)
Things never affected by Internet or Data connection:
- Incoming calls to your Spikko number
- Regular / “Call Through” outgoing calls
