FAQ / Do I need an internet or data connection to use Spikko’s app?

No internet or data is required after set-up.

Spikko works by using your mobile network carrier.
Spikko service does not require Internet or data usage.

Internet is required for:

  • Downloading Spikko App and account set-up
  • Internet-based app features (e.g., price list, FAQ, Support Chat)
  • Saving settings changes
  • “Callback” Service calls (for initiation only)

 

Things never affected by Internet or Data connection:

  • Incoming calls to your Spikko number
  • Regular / “Call Through” outgoing calls
