To change your payment method on Spikko’s website:
1. Log into your user portal on www.Spikko.com
2. Press “Account Settings”
3. Select “Change Payment Method”
4. Choose your preferred method: Credit Card or PayPal
5. Insert and confirm your payment information.
Should you have a line pending activation:
Please click “Continue” after changing your payment method.
To change your payment method on Spikko App for Android:
1. Open Spikko App
2. Press on the “Menu” icon (3 horizontal lines)
3. Select “Add/Manage Numbers”
4. Press “i” to choose the number on which to change payment
5. Select your preferred payment method: Credit Card or PayPal
6. Insert and confirm your new payment information.
