With cooperation from your mobile provider you can forward your calls to Spikko.

Spikko does not perform the call forwarding:
Follow Me requests must be performed by your carrier.
Your provider may have associated charges with this service.
The connection quality is determined by your provider’s ability to reliably forward calls.
