FAQ / Can I freeze my Spikko number?

Not without a charge, but there are several options

General information:
  • All Spikko numbers have a monthly recurring charge.
    • This is to purchase the number for your account.
        • Because we pay monthly for your line, we cannot freeze your number without charge.

       

There are 3 options, should you wish to freeze your number:
Option 1: If you have a plan with inclusive minutes
  • We can switch the package to a Pay-As-You-Talk plan.
      • This will only charge the cost for the line.
      • Credit will remain on your account up to 1 year after purchase

     

Option 2: If you have a Pay-As-You-Talk Plan
  • Continue paying the monthly recurring charge for your line.
    • Credit will remain on your account up to 1 year after purchase.

 

Option 3: Contact a Spikko Support Specialist
  • Write to Spikko Support at support@spikko.com with a request
    • Tell us for how long you will need to freeze your line
    • We will check if special pricing is available.
