FAQ / How do I buy a Spikko number?

Spikko lines may be purchased on either Spikko.com or via Spikko App. 

Note: directions for existing accounts and new users differ slightly.

 

If you do not already have a Spikko account:

Purchase directions for Spikko app:
  1. Download Spikko app free on Google Play or iTunes/App store
  2. Register for your Spikko account by pressing “Sign up”
  3. After the walk-through, press the menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
  4. Select “Get Additional Number”
  5. Click “Country” to go to the country selection menu.
  6. Choose the country in which you would like your local number
  7. Choose the area code you desire (if applicable)
  8. Choose the country from which you will be calling
  9. Input the phone number on which your Spikko calls will ring
  10. After checking the map for accuracy, press “Get Number”
  11. Add calling credit to make and receive calls with Spikko
  12. Choose additional options
  13. Select a payment method and confirm your purchase
  • You will receive a pop-up message with your new Spikko number after successful payment.
  • An invoice will be sent to your email address.
Purchase directions for Spikko.com:
  1. Go to www.Spikko.com
  2. Under “Pick your number” choose the country where you would like your number
  3. Under “Receive calls in” choose the country in which you are located
  4. Input the phone number on which your Spikko calls will ring
  5. Click “Get Your Number”
  6. Input your email address, first name (or business), and last name.
  7. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click “Get Your Number”
  8. You will be taken to our pricing page to select a package
  9. To choose a package, click “Buy Now”
  10. Verify your information and package
  11. Authorize the payment
  • Your new Spikko number will be visible within your Spikko User Portal after successful payment.
  • An invoice and account details will be sent to your email address.

For Spikko accounts created after July 2014:

Purchase directions for Spikko app:

1. Login to your Spikko app
2. Select the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
3. Select “Add/Manage Numbers”
4. Select “Get additional number”
5. Under “I need a SPIKKO number in”, choose the country and location where you would like your new number
6. Under “To get calls on my phone in”, choose the country from which you are calling and input your phone number using international format
7. Click “Get Number”
8. Check any optional services or promotions you would like to add
9. Press “Proceed with payment”
10. Confirm your subscription

  • You will receive a pop-up message with your new Spikko number after successful payment.
  • An invoice will be sent to your email address.
Purchase directions for Spikko.com:

1. Go to www.Spikko.com
2. Login to your user portal by clicking “Login” on the top right
3. Click “+ Add a number”
4. Under “Select a country for your new number” choose the country and location where you would like your new number
5. Under “Select a country for your destination” choose the country from which you are calling
6. Input the phone number on which your Spikko calls will ring in international format
7. Click “Next ->”
8. Select a package by choosing “Buy now”
9. Select your payment method
10. Verify your information and package
11. Authorize the payment

  • Your new Spikko number will be visible within your Spikko User Portal after successful payment.
  • An invoice and account details will be sent to your email address.

If your account was created before July 2014:

Spikko has upgraded its system and packages.
