Spikko numbers are secured with a monthly recurring charge.
Spikko has numbers in 50+ countries available for purchase.
That’s over 4,000 locations!
Some numbers may require special approval and/or paperwork.
Most will instantly be assigned upon successful payment.
Spikko numbers are kept active by payment of a monthly recurring subscription charge. Billing cycles renew 30 days after the day of the initial purchase. At that time, the monthly recurring fee will be charged.
This is done using the payment method on file.
If a client does not want to be automatically billed monthly, it is their responsibility to unsubscribe and resubscribe their line via Spikko app or www.Spikko.com
One may cancel their subscription at any time without additional fees.
After canceling a subscription, Spikko numbers are active until the next billing renewal date.
Upon the end of the billing cycle, the number will be removed from the user account. No additional charges for that number will occur.
People dial your Spikko number as they would your “real” phone number.
Because it is!
Simply give your contacts the number as you normally would: on your website, social media profile, and business card. The caller dials as usual; Spikko rings your regular phone.
Calls to your Spikko number are charged to the caller as any other number with that prefix would be.
Just like any phone service, Spikko uses your mobile network or land line.
Spikko has agreements with local phone companies worldwide to provide the routing service to your phone. In addition, Spikko provides you with a local phone number for dialing out and receiving calls on.
You do not need a data plan to use Spikko (aside from initial installation).
Wherever you are, dial as normal; Spikko takes care of the rest.
Generally speaking, you won’t notice a difference.
Like most of the apps on your mobile phone it has a minor effect on battery life.
Lines are limitless at Spikko.
Multiple numbers in one country?
Separate numbers in different countries?
Spikko serves every type of client from personal to business.
You can also set different numbers for specific functions:
- Have a public number that automatically forwards to voice mail during non-business hours.
- Have a Toll-Free number for clients to call and a standard local number on which to call them back.
- Have your mobile phone look like a land line, or vice-versa (where available).
What you do with your Spikko account is completely up to you.
It depends.
- A monthly flat fee for each Spikko phone number you choose.

When dialing to Russia from abroad using Spikko:
Choose “Russian Federation” with the Russian flag in the Spikko app dialer.
Use the number format: +7 (Russian country code included in the Spikko app), followed by the number. Do not input 8 at the beginning.
For example: the number+78923456789 should be entered as (+7) 923456789
When dialing from within Russia:
Do not include the “8”.
Your Spikko contacts should have the “8” removed from them or you can replace the “8” with “0”.
For example: 8901XXXXXXX should become +7901XXXXXXX or 901XXXXXXX
Should you add the “8” in the Spikko app dialer: the call will not work, as 8 is used for internal dialing in Russia. This will cause the app to dial “7-8…” instead of “7…”
If your phone contacts are in Russian mode, please recheck that the settings are correct.
Go to Settings -> Personal Details -> Choose the Russian flag below the “Confirm password” field.

If you have chosen a plan with incoming minutes included:
Each line will show how many package minutes are included and how many minutes remain based on usage.
Should you go over your amount, additional talk time will be pulled from your account’s credit.
Outgoing calls will pull from your credit.
If you have chosen a Pay-As-You-Talk plan:
All incoming and outgoing calls will pull from your credit.
What are “Credit minutes”?
Credit minutes are the number of incoming minutes based on your account’s credit and the divert number for that line.
